With the support of community volunteers, the Dusty Joy Foundation will conduct educational rallies and balloon release throughout North Carolina and neighboring states. In addition to our flagship balloon releases, we are adding new events, including Cupcakes for a Good Cause which will be held in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
